Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I don't know if you can help me or not, but my problem is, I can't get this MP3 Player to play music. The little screen reads No Music. I deleted the music on it by using the Creative's Recovery download. I then downloaded two songs onto the Muvo and still I am getting the same message "No Music" on the player.
Can anyone advise me on this?

Go the the Home page of Creative.com and navigate to the location for the installation software (came with player within its package). Therein you will find an expanded user manual.

you may have already done this, but try pluggin it on another pc and see if it recognizes it, if it does. then your computer may have problem.
after "connecting it" go to device manager and see if your device shows there.
check if there is any software that came with the mp3 player. and install if there is .

Use recovery tool from Creative labs, click at the site at support, you'll find here the recovery tool,
this will reflash te firmware for all types creative labs mp3 players.
