I have a problem with my Samsung iDCS 28D phone. All incoming calls used to be routed to me by default (unless caller specifically punched in a different extension). Calls are now being routed directly to my voice mail - whether my extension or first few letters of my name are typed in doesn't matter - the line lights up red but never rings - just goes straight to voice mail. All other calls made directly to other extensions seem to be fine. Help?

We have the Samsung iDCS 28 in our office. I am unable to transfer calls to 2 different extensions. The calls ring back to me and do not allow the caller to leave a message on the extension they want. I have looked at the manual cover to cover and have not figured out why this would happen or what the person could have done to that extension. Can you help? The manual is no help.
