Try dialing 600 to clear call forwarding, then re-set your forwarding to busy/ no answer followed by the VM number.

We have the Samsung iDCS 28 in our office. I am unable to transfer calls to 2 different extensions. The calls ring back to me and do not allow the caller to leave a message on the extension they want. I have looked at the manual cover to cover and have not figured out why this would happen or what the person could have done to that extension. Can you help? The manual is no help.
