Jenn-air ww27430p double wall oven works fine but the light on the control panel progressively fades until it goes out completely, then comes on again (faded) in a few weeks. You can still use the keypad and oven when the light is out but the temperature, time and function isn't displayed on the control panel.

That meens the clock is bad

    there is several screws on the top of the panel and the bottom of panel, remove these screws and you can tip panel forward you will then see the clock held on by four screws part is about 120 to 180 dollars

Cannot read display from below.
How old is the microwave oven, and what brand is it? Many Jenn-Air ovens and microwave ovens suffered from displays that would fade out after 5 or 6 years, and the only cure is to replace the control/display board. Also if you burned food inside the oven, it is possible that smoke particles have settled onto the display window (on the inside where you can't get at it, unless you take the panel apart).

Do you have the installation instructions that came with the oven? An electric oven requires a 220V circuit and the cable coming out of the wall you described is a 110 V circuit.

If you look at the back of the oven there are usually small fuses or breakers back there. Check to see if that is the issue. Also if you haven't already make sure the wall outlet is functional.
