I lost the keys to my delsey suitcase, how can I open it with out breaking the suitcase

It is a combination lock? They are very flimsy inside. There should be a reset button.

If it is a key lock, try turning the key the other way. Check the lock and the key have the same number?

Your adjustable TSA combination lock as delivered can be opened with the combination 0-0-0. To change the combination:
1. Open the lock by entering the factory code 0-0-0.

3. Enter your secret code (for example 8-8-8) by turning the wheels.
4. Push button B so that button A goes back to its original position.

The default combination of new lock is always 000..If you forgot the correct combination, it is not possible to reset it.

my mother in law has a norton suit case and needs keys the number on the lock is 332 norton do not excist anymore where can i get replacment keys from?
