Have ck'ed pay pal account on item and it has not been paid. I did change my credit card number . This # 170633520000 item should be paid by either my master card or debit card that was sent.To Pay Pal. When I slected the pay. Still dont want to lose item or have a problem with pay pal.Ok.

Yes you will need an ebay account separate from your PayPal account you can then link the PayPal account to the eBay account and when you sell an item it will be credited to your PayPal or PayPal card

does this site have a pay pal payment option ?
if yes click on pay pal and when you get to the pal pal screen there may be an option that says I don't have a pay pal account.
click on this and you will go to a pay via pay pal using a credit card screen.

I had paypal disable my pay pal account and once they do this they give you absolutely no way of getting it enabled. So I used the above method to pay via pay pal without a pay pal account.

Log In
Go to BANK & Cards
Double click on old card
Click edit
click REMOVE
Click on LINK to new card
Type new card info....hit SAVE
You're done!!
