You need to install a better device-driver for the video-adapter on your computer.
When you do, that device-driver will automatically recognize your "Plug-And-Play" monitor.

Open "Control Panel".
Open "System".
Click "Hardware".
Click "Device Manager".
Expand the "video-adapter" part of the tree.
Double-click the video-adapter.
Click "Reinstall Driver".

We have purchased two e950Sw LED 18.5 monitors to replace the crt monitors on two of our computers. Old monitors worked fine. Both of these monitors when hooked up get the "No signal" message....

Hello,

Your old monitors might have had a higher screen resolution or and incomparable resolution for your new monitors.
Probably the easiest way to get them to work is to plug the old monitors in then go to your control panel / display and set the resolution to 1366 x 768 as this is the native resolution of the e950Sw LED.

This sounds like a computer problem and not really a television problem. Check your driver files.

Try removing your driver files. Then disconnect your AOC monitor. Reboot the computer and login. Shut down the computer and reconnect the AOC monitor. Start the computer. Now install the monitor drivers.

I hooked my new aoc 20' monitor up to our emachine and cant find my cd i got with the monitor to download. the monitor will go out on me few times during the day for no reason so am thinkin i need to...

You do not need the driver for the monitor if you are running XP, if you are running Windows 7 you will need the driver so you can adjust the resolution to the native resolution of the monitor.
Lack of driver for the monitor will not cause the black out problem.
You should try this monitor with another PC first to make sure it is not video card problem in the PC.
Is this monitor still under warranty.

How do u get to the menu on my aoc lcd monitor

hi

Depending on the brand and model of your monitor, there may be extra features that require special troubleshooting tips, or there may even be alternate ways of troubleshooting basic problems. For this reason, it is important to keep your user manual.

If you have come across an issue with your LCD monitor that cannot be corrected through the basic settings, you should consult the user manual to determine troubleshooting solutions for your specific monitor.

For example, The AOC 175F LCD monitor features a 90-degree rotating display, which, in order to rotate correctly within Windows XP, must have AOC's third-party software installed. This is not something required of all LCD monitors, as not all LCD monitors offer a rotating display.

If the troubleshooting section of your user manual still does not solve the problem, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer's support team (via phone or web) to discuss what is wrong with your monitor
