To deactivate your call diverts, go to 'settings' on your phone, 'call settings' and then 'call divert'. When you select it, choose the option to 'canel all diverts'.
If you have done this, and the call divert is still active, then contact your mobile service providers, they would help you fix the problem on the network.
Hope that helps?
Success.

You have performed the correct steps to deactivate the Call Diverts. It's possible that there's problem with your phone. Perform the Call Divert deactivation steps and switch off the phone when done, remove the Sim Card, leave it outside for few minutes and put it back. Now turn on the phone and see if that helps or not. You can also try resetting your phone to factory settings (restore factory default). Open Menu, go into Settings, locate "Restore Default" or "Reset Settings" and follow the onscreen instructions. You'll also need to default code 0000 [4 zeros] (if you've recently changed the default code, this will not work). Note that resetting or restoring your phone might wipe out all your phone's memory contents, so make sure that you backup the contacts or message before performing this. If nothing seem helpful or if the code doesn't work, then you have no choice than going to a Service Center or a Local Mobile repair shop. If it's a software issue, then you might likely need to re-flash your mobile. If it's only a minor issue with the operation, then restarting or performing the Reset will fix the issue.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
