I have EZ Dupe 7 duplicator . It can not duplicate DVD to DVD , the message appear in the screen is "CAN'T DUPLICAT DVD TO CD " but I put blank DVD into the drives even I tried for more time ; Duplicat CD to CD is OK .Thank you for your help

I would suggest uninstalling the software, reinstalling it and then making sure that you have all of your updates on the software and the firmware updates on the DVD drive.

Usually, to make exact duplicates on this device, you load your master disc (whatever you would like to make copies of) into the top drive, and blank disc(s) into the bottom drive and press the ENT button on the duplicator when the display reads "1. The error message "Target drive not ready" indicates that there is a problem with the blank disc inside the writer drive(s) of the duplicator. In order to solve this problem, please insert brand-new blank media into the writer drive(s) and press the ENT/OK button twice on the duplicator. There should also be an error message associated with the unit not being able to duplicate DVDs when you attempt to do them in the duplicator. Please provide that error message or whether or not it locks up. The "Source Drive Not Ready" error message indicates a problem with your master disc. There is a function on the duplicator called "Prescan" on the duplicator that can check your master disc to make sure it s a "good" disc suitable for duplication.

When "Check blank disc" occurs on the screen, it is a media compatibility issue with the duplicator. You may need to change your blank media to another brand/type of disc to solve this problem. Unfortunately, there are currently no DVD duplicators that can record from the line-in. Our duplicators are designed so that no external equipment is required for operation. Try a different "blank" disk.
If not any better, then take the unit to a computer technician, to trouble-shoot the hardware that is used to write onto the "target" media.
