First "Google"/download the latest version of TVPORTAL.apk the version 1.1.17 was the recent version at the time of this writing. Get the app Fastest video downloader from the play store. With both installed run tv portal find a show when you go to watch it click on an option I think it say more choices. The video downloader will be one of the choices. here is the trick. You wont get a copywrite violation this way because you are streaming the video. You are streaming as you download, not seeding like with a torrent download.

On videos it is repeating scenes
some videos are higher quality than your tablet can fluently play I guess..... try to use lower resolution videos on youtube, or so....

I guess either internet speed is low, or tablet hardware is not strong enough to run video correctly

Cannot play utube on new ipad
In fact, iPad can't support flash player, so you can't watch YouTube video on iPad directly, If you want to finish it, you should depend on some Youtube app. Or you also can download the YouTube video with Aneesoft free Youtube downloader and than converting the Flv(Youtube video format) to Mp4 or Mov with Aneesoft free FLV video converter. At last, you can sync the videos to iPad.
I recommend a paid software which can help you solving this. Aneesoft Youtube converter!
