This depends on how you are attempting to send the files.
If you're using a bluetooth connection, be sure that both phones have a compatable bluetooth driver installed and turned on. Try pairing the phones first through the bluetooth menu on both phones, and secure the connection with a pin code.
If you're attempting to use MMS to send the pictures, be sure that both your phone AND the receiver's phone have a valid MMS package set up with their carrier. Check your MMS settings on your phone as well, making sure to set it up correctly (refer to your user manual or call your carrier to assist you)
If you're still having an issue, call your carrier, they will help
I know my network supports it as my previous mobile sent them no problem - when you say call your carrier do you mean LG as the manufacturer of the phone - i am sure that its a setup issue
A carrier would be the mobile phone's network provider. If you're thinking it is a setup issue, you should browse through your manual, or just find your message settings (usually in the same folder as messages) and see what you can see.
Generally if you can't send an MMS and you've got picture messaging on your account, it's because the access point / IP isn't set in your phone.
LIke I said, though, it's easier just to call your carrier. They can, most of the time, send the setting directly to your phone without an issue, and if not, they'll tell you what to put in :)
