Look on the underside, where the model # is located. There should be a HW Rev # (Hardware Revision #) either 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0 for this model. I think I have seen these without any HW REV # and in that case I think it was the 3.0 that I used.

http://www.linksysbycisco.com/EU/en/support/WUSB54GC/downloadand select your HW Rev #. and then under where it says downloads select your version of windows 7 (32 or 64 bit).
If you are not sure click start/right click computer and click properties. Under the header of system look for 32 or 64 bit Operating System.
It will be a zipped file so open it, click unzip all files, then plug in your device. There is no installation program, so you need to tell your PC where the driver files are. Typically I save downloaded files to the download location, so the path would be C:\users\(your name)\downloads, but if you download it somewhere else make a note of it so you know where to point the program to.
once you've done that click next and it should finish installing on its own.
