Question about Washing Machines
Yes it has a pump.............
move machine to an outside door and let drain hose lay outside to get rid of some water........
remove back from machine...........the drain hose connects to the pump....
so .follow drain hose back to the pump then ........
see if you can open it up to unblock it.........

SOURCE: Washing machine is not completing it's wash cycle
either you have a blocked hose to the pump or the pump itself is either jammed or the impellor has come off the shaft. either way i think you will need to replace the pump. i presume you managed to get the water out? if so i would say the pump is favourite.
