1. Probably your camera doesn`t support this option.
2. You don`t installed corectlly your web-cam driver. You need to find the drivers on the provider`s site. After you downloaded it, you uninstall your curent web-cam driver and install your new one.
Is your WEB cam driver is properly install? to check it go to your device manager and see if the cam is properly updated. if not then you can get the driver for it from HP website. if you don't have web cam application tehn you can download youcam software from the net.
You need to reinstall your Web cam's drivers. If you have the drivers on a cd, reinstall them, if you dont have them, visit Acer's website, www.acer.com and go to the "Drivers and Support" page, enter your laptop model and the operating system you are using, then download the web cam drivers (Acer Crystal Eye) and install. That should solve your problem.
1.try making changes in the webcam panel.and be sure the web cam can support your windows version.(old one's can't work in win7)
2.if it doesn't work REINSTALL the webcam driver .
3.if that to doesn't work webcam must have failed !!!
get the model of your cam,then go to internet cafe,and search your web cam driver...then u get the driver of your cam,then download it! and save to your USB flush drive...and install to your PC...
