Cannot play i just show cannot play and does not play music

I am having same issue. Took the remote apart to see if there was a contact issue, and the tree started playing music. Music was loud and crisp, lights are all lit and in sync. Problem is, I have no control over it, and as soon as I sync the remote back up, I am back to square one, the music won't play. I can control the colors with the remote, but can't play one song or loop music, no matter how many times I correctly sync. Any help is appreciated. ( I have looked into getting a new remote, but no one sells them anymore, out of stock everywhere I have found them.)

maybe the format of the music is not supported

put songs on mp3 player so it can have songs then it can show a picture with the songs that u r listen to rite now but here the thing if u have the music playing with ur music it can shut down the music then it come up the picture

you have to go to the music icon on the main screen. click it and then scroll down to "add to audio list" press "upward directory" the "music" pick the song you want click it, it will bring you to the name of the album. click that and it will show the song, click that. a little screen should pop up and say "sucess" it will then show up in your song list under the music section. you have to do this for every song.

this is due to the format of the music files some mobiles have mp3 format as default but they can also play wma and wav formats so convert the music files into the format your mobile supports by default this will show up all the music files in the music category if this does not works tell me the model no of your mobile

I have upgraded my RCA Lyra 1080 and show music files on the Lyra Window in my pc, but when I attempt to play music on the Lyra it says "no music files."

make sure the music file is mp3 and check if u put it on the music folder
