This indicates the the root file system has been damaged in some fashion, removing the init program and destroying the /proc directory, and possibly others as well. The only real solution is to try to reinstall. If the problem reoccurs frequently, you may have a damaged hard drive.
Foxconn are miserable at overclocking and X2 - 6000 is a proc already overclocked from factory - you can't push it any further without a serious water cooler.
Reset the BIOS and hope it will start again, otherwise you will need at least a new proc.
any amd 64 will work. bios should be ok if you stay with just the amd 64 if this is a aspire t180 then you might want to go to a 64x2 which you will have to flash the bios. hope this helps
