The video capture software is already included in the CD that comes with the Video capture card... But if you needed an alternative software, try Ulead Video Studio 7, works perfectly on me.
I believe it has to do with uLead checking for its MPEG encoder every time you re-boot. you can try turning off the automatic check from CCleaner. IIRC, that's what I had to do to allow me to install HCEncoder
or else try to go with Run CCleaner; Choose Tools -> StartUp and see if uLead is auto running anything. If it is it is safe to 'Delete Entry' thus turning it off. audio track in ulead video studio 10 plus -attribute volume is set to zero and grayed so i cant activate it.checking it. checking duplicate audio track activates audio by track but mutes again when i play the project-used to work.system dell XPS M1730
