close to the bottom you'll see the download link for different operating systems. They don't have support for vista but i think you can use windows xp with compatibility or windows 7.

i got a same prob..i can't print,scan and copy and the refill warning always appeared..i hv refill the cartridge and i shut it down and try again and again..it's the cartridge prob or the printer prob..?

Sounds like your windows installation has become corrupted. Do a repair install. Let me know if you need instructions, you'll need a windows installation cd.
