Hi i really need to recieve a fax, but it says the toner life is done, is there anyway to squeez one more fax out of it?

1) make sure you do not have any error on the screen like TONER LIFE END

2) Once a fax prints a fax it is no longer in memoery UNLESS you setup that feature before hand.

there are only two reasons why faxes would notprint - because there is an error or no toner.

another thing might be that you are not acutally recieving faxes. The sreen may say you are but it is cut off before the transaction can be completed.

To reset the sensor after installing a new toner cartridge follow these steps.
1. With unit powered On, open the front cover.
2. Press the "Options" key. Display will show "Replace Drum?"
3. Press "Start" key.
4. Press 1,0 .
5. Display will show "Accepted" for approximately 2 seconds. Then display will change to "Cover Open".
6. Close cover and see if Toner Life End error message has gone.
Please note that this must be done with a new cartridge so the unit will see that there is toner in the cartridge.

Which cartridge there are two one is toner the other is the drum which is where the toner cartridge is installed.

SORRY CAN'T BE DONE. FAX FORWARDING RULES HAVE TO BE IN PLACE "BEFORE" DOCUMENTS ARE RECIEVED INTO MEMORY...THE F-300 ONLY HAD FAX FORWARDING IF IT WAS P.C. CONNECTED AND USING "OFFICE-BRIDGE"

You need to use the [MENU], [< >] and [ENTER] keys to browse through the unit's menu. Find and enter the "System Setup" menu and then search for the "Ignore Toner" option. Press [ENTER] and change the setting to "ON". Press [ENTER to confirm, the, [STOP/CLEAR] to get out of the menu system. The unit should start printing all faxes in memory.

There is no reset code the likely thing is that you have a faulty toner cartridge. Put another new one in and check the machine then.

Before you try the above shake the toner cartridge and tap it some more as it may also be the toner inside have become solid and needs breaking up.

where and how to find the reset actuator?

Make sure that you are not using generic supplies. Using generic supplies or supplies that have been refilled will cause the unit to give false errors. There is white piece of plastic inside the semi circular opening, if you do not see a white semi circular opening it is either a generic toner or starter toner and you will need to replace the toner with a authentic toner. You may try this also: 1. Remove the drum and toner, separate the drum and toner and then rock the toner from side to side. 2 Put the drum and toner back together and clean the corona wire ten times. 3 Put the drum and toner back inside the machine and close the cover, if you still have toner life end try this: a Open the front cover b press the options key, the LCD will say "replace drum?" c press the start key. and then press 10 on your dial pad. the display should say accepted for about 2 seconds and then say cover open. d close the cover, if the display still has toner life end, you will need to replace the toner
