I suspect the power supply problem, that will be the first place to look.
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed ACER monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

BLACK SCREEN BEEPS 6 TIMES

Although not certain, it may be caused by a connector getting flaky.
If you are adventurous, unplug the system, remove the back panel and anything you find that is plugged should be carefully removed and plugged back in again.

Some connectors have a high number of contacts which makes them prone to this kind of problem.
If you recognize the memory cards, don't forget them, they can contain up to 288 contacts and any of these going intermittent will cause this.

Pix of these modules can be seen here if you aren't sure:

Ballast board 50V720?

ballasts are rarely bad in this way, usually they work or not and 4 lamps in 6 years is a lot of lamps---average life should be at least 2 years and a lot do more.

My view would be to at least consider replacing set.

My Aspire M5641 Freezes at Acer Screen. It says at Bottom of Screen " DEL: Enter Setup F12 : Boot Menu". I cant do anything from here with computer. Any suggestions?

Does it say anything else? Sometimes this type of recurring message can be due to the system time not being set. Entering setup and configuring the time may work.
