Yesterday I changed both the black and the color cartridges. Before that the printer was working fine. Now it will copy from the printer, but it won't print from the computer. I have checked everything the "Troubleshooter" suggested, but it still doesn't work. Please help me!

The error is telling you that the color or black cartridge is missing. It's not recognizing one of your cartridges, most probably the new black cartridge. Here's a link to the Lexmark website to guide you on what to do with that problem. http://bit.ly/bkCWPF
My printer does the same thing. I changed the blank ink yesterday (the printer shows the black ink was low) however after trying and trying and not being able to complete the alignment I decided to change the color ink as well. It worked. Printer works fine now. Sometimes the ink dries up and you have to change it even though you know it should last longer. Give it a try and let me know. [email protected]
I'm sure you're using the Blue button to make the copy as it should do B/W copies only. Double-check that black cartridge is not empty.
If the printer was connected to computer then we could have used diagnostics software.
So we start with a workaround. Check if its display menu has any option of Ink cartridge level reset or something like that. If it has then do the reset.
If there is no such Menu option, the while the printer is On, open the compartment of printer cartridges and take out the 4 cartridges and put it back. Does any option in display Menu comes asking if cartridges are replaced? answer yes if it asks.
Now try to do a copy.
Hope this helps. If it doesn't work then a question, how many days before the printer was last used?
Turn the printer off overnight and try the head cleaning process again. Leaving it unpowered for an extended period softens the ink and makes the cleaning more effective. It may require several cleaning cycles.
