Try cleaning debris from water outlet screen(upper ouput port) unscrew screened grey cap, code is for rise in water pressure in unit, or its a faulty pressure switch, i figured this out on my own , company offered no support whatsoever, even on warranty

Thank you Denis. Can you please tell me where pressure switch is located. Can you unscrew outlet port with spa full or do you need to empty. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

I bought the 8 jet portable mspa from 5 bennetts road mornington after xmas last year.
within the first 7 months the pump was returned and delivered back to me.
this is not the bubble spa this is a proper spa jet type.
and the jets are nowhere like a normal spa less pressure.
anyway after 3rd return of the pump they gave me another used one this time it has a cut out switch on the power cord with a check button ect.

i re set this up last week for the hot weather used it twice and last night the pump again was switching itself off.only the red power light stays on!
does not trip the safety cut out on cord.
i also switched it back on heat and put my hand in front of heater outlet and it was only feeling luke warm water coming out.

years ago i repaired commercial catering equipment and had to change many a element as to holes in them or just blown.
this is what makes me think the element has a hole in to the luke warm water coming out of it!
anyway i have emailed simon miln and laurie from the mspa and will await their reply.
this type of spa i was warned about from other companies who sold them.i should have listened to them instead of trusting people for their friendly outlook!

this cost me $1900.00
and this time i dont want ANOTHER I WANT A EXCHANGE WITH A PROPER SPA even if i have to pay more.
i will not trust this rubbish anymore!
lucky this happened within the 1 year ect.

i have it under cover
so no rain or sun gets on it.and still has the plastic over the controll pad.
it shows that it is not left in the rain OR SUN!

SOURCE: Jaccuzi hot tub will not heat?

sounds like it maybe the heater again. Have you pulled it out and checked the ohms? it should be at least 10.5 ohms
it could be the thermostat or the pressure switch - if either of those are not working it will not heat either.

SOURCE: "Jacuzzi j-400 series" hot tub- F1 code flashes on control panel

There are two things you can check, there is a tranformer that plugs into the main circuit board(usually a four wire plug). Unplug and check pins for good connection and then reconnect There are usually one or two fuses inside the control box mounted on or near the circuit board. Turn off power to spa and pull fuses and check continunity. This is a good start.

SOURCE: My new heater does not work on my hot tub.

Test across both terminals at the same time. If you are getting 230V, disconnect power and check the resistance across the terminals. For 4kW, you should get roughly 13 ohms. If not, the element is bad.
If you get 0 Volts across the terminals, the tub is not heating. ManyBalboa packs switch both leads to the same leg of power, so you can get 120V to ground from each terminal, but you get 0V from terminal to terminal.
The clincher here is that the "heater on" light is off. I would double-check the pressure switch. You should test it with the tub running in heat mode. Disconnect one of the flag terminal leads from the switch, THEN test for continuity across the terminals. If you get none, you have either low flow or a bad pressure switch. You can verify by jumping the two wires together and see if the "heat" light comes on. Again, check for flow. I would run any of these tests with the filter removed. The symptoms you describe are very commonly caused by a dirty filter causing low flow. Again, pressure switch test. A bad sensor would cause the "current temp" to read too high, and a hi-limit problem would cause the little "heater-on" light to flash. Unless that little light is just dead (I've never seen it go bad), everything you say points to the pressure switch (or a dirty filter).

SOURCE: My Hot Tub, Hot Springs Model SQ, keeps shutting

that would just be the start of what could be wrong with alot of the hot spring models there can be many reason for that to start it could b your control t-stat also the hi limit sensor could cuase that promblem two both of these are a simple fix it also depends on how old the spa is an what style of heater is in it. that brand came out with a new heater almost every year an both of the sensors will be screwed into the outlet side of the heater an they can be replced w/out empting the spa also wath out for hotspring spas frm 2004-2006 cause in 90% of them the heater board traces on the back of the the heaters on n off relay switch are bad an will burn up seem it to the point where its melted the entir control box along w/the circuit board. The most unlikley thing that can cause that problem can some times be the alternate comtrol panel not the main one water can get behind them an short then out an this will make the main board do some strange things such as what is wrong w/yours

Mspa lite hot tub control panel comes up with E1 fault

we had the E1 error on our mspa after a water change. solution was a reset for us. plug in power, briefly press test and wait 10 seconds. unplug the power and wait for 10 seconds. plug in the power again and wait 10 seconds after which the reset button is pressed. then press the temperature button on the controller and briefly switch the air button on and off. after this the thermostat did it again. we were relieved that this worked, we had already searched the whole internet. this solution was copied from a model of lay-z

What does SPH MEAN?

When you have an SPH error it means you could have an over heated power pack, or you have a water flow issue, or possible damaged equipment. Here is the three trouble shooting items you can look for.

1. Your water temperature is lower then 60 degrees (Turn the unit off and let it cool down and then turn it back on, this may fix the issue)
2. Your water inlet or outlet is blocked or partially blocked (Clean the inlet and outlet of the hot tub)
3. Your heater sensor is not working (you may have to replace the heater element or circuit board)

My MSpa keeps beeping and flashing error Coe FEF

With the MSPA this is a code that has something to do with the wire coming from the panel to the control boxCheck the pins to make sure they are not bent and are plugging in correctly.
