Hello, yesterday my xs35gt shuttle went off with the power supply LED that flashed intermittently. I tried to remove the shuttle from food supply and the LED turns on normally without flashing, when I connect the power supply to the shuttle, the LED starts to flash and the shuttle will not turn on.

Westinghouse EW40T4FW will not turn on (no LED light indicator when plugged in either), how do I test what part of the power supply is bad?

.5 volts isn't right for any voltage, you need about 6 volts on the standby voltage on your set, see if you have that, if not try a new power board and see what happens.

My HP D530C does not power on. The power LED flashes 4 times. What is the fault? Pls let me know asap. Thanks.

HP xw6200 Workstation - Diagnostic LED Code: Four Flashes ISSUE: When the workstation is powered on, the front LED might flash red four times, once per second, followed by a two second pause. SOLUTION: The front LED flashing four times is a sign of a power failure. To fix this issue, complete the following steps:
  1. Open the access panel, and check to see if the four-wire power supply cable is properly connected to the system board.
  2. There may be a faulty device. Locate it by removing all devices and then reinstalling them one at a time until the workstation fails. Replace the device causing the failure. Continue adding devices to ensure all are functioning properly.
  3. Verify the power supply functionality, as follows:
    1. Disconnect AC power.
    2. Remove all internal power supply cables from the system board.
    3. Plug in AC power.
      • If the power supply fan spins, and the BIST LED illuminates, then the power supply is good. Replace the system board.
      • If the power supply fan does not spin, or the BIST LED does not illuminate, replace the power supply.

Change your BIOS battery.
I have an old Shuttle XPC sn41g2. It's been running almost constantly since it was new. About a year ago it started to be difficult, it was difficult to start and sometimes I had to try several times before it started. At the end I had to disconnect and reconnect the mains supply everytime i had to reboot the PC. Then one day I discovered that the prosessor was running at the lowest standard frequency so I went to the BIOS to set it right, did so and rebooted, and the prosessor stil wouldn't run right. After some thought I changed the BIOS battery, went to the BIOS, resat all settings, then it rebooted normally and since it has been running like new.

Shuttle X PC - HD + Power LEDs briefly illuminate, no boot.

It sounds like you have a bad power supply. It will store up a very small amount of energy (enough to run some LED lights) but not enough to power up the system. That's where I would look. If that is not the problem, then I would look to the capacitors on your motherboard. Good Luck!
