Two things can be done here, go out to ebay and purchase one of those card readers, or go to the manufacturer's web site and down load the software for your camera.

I removed Sand-Disk from my Olympus E-510camera was OFF. Disk did not fit my PC slot, I put the Disk back to camera. However when I switch camera On, the camera showed Disk Full No Pictures.

Is this an SD card or SDHC card ? If so, have you inadvertently set the write-protect switch to 'ON' ?

To read it on your computer, you will need to get a USB card reader that will read your particular card, then connect this to your computer, which should treat the card as an extra drive.

You say the card has been in use for several years - it may just be corrupted or at the end of its useful life - I should consider replacing it soon.

How can I install my Samsung camera S860 to computor without disc

Cameras don't require a disk to connect with a computer. The disk contains software, supplied by the manufacturer, to edit and print pictures from your camera. windows already has software to edit, crop, print pictures as well as create albums and slideshows.
Simply connect the camera to the computer with the USB cable and turn it on. After a few seconds, the computer will see the camera and a window will appear asking what you want to do. Then follow the instructions when you decide what to do with your photos.
Good luck!

I took a picture wihtout a CF card in the camera

When you take pictures without the internal card , they get stored inside the camera internal memory (usually 8 or 16 MB only).

Connect the camera to a computer using a data cable, without putting any memory card inside the camera. The camera internal memory will be displayed as a new external usb disk on computer.

I am in need of a dimage software cd for a dimage 5digital camera, the current one is not opening, for instalation, I am unable to down load pictures Version 1.11windows. Compact disc, thank you for...

Alvin,

you do not need dimage software to download pictures. When you connect your camera to computer, your camera appears as a removable disk on My Computer. Acessing this disk you can copy all your pictures to a folder on your hard disk.

Internal memory

Hi,
Insert memory card in camera, go to camera menu, there is option Copy, select copy and transfer images from internal memory to memory stick.
2nd option is connect camera to computer by usb link without memory stick, go to my computer then removable disk, then picture folder, copy pictures and paste them on My Pictures.

Lost disk

You are able to connect the camera and download without the software as long as the driver is there. Try going to www.powershot.com to download the latest driver update for your camera and your operating system.

Hope this helps!
