I have lost my installation software disc and need the software to reinstall my printer

INSTALL PRINTER WITHOUT BUYING A NEW INSTALLATION DISC

Try going to the printer manufacturers website, go to driver downloads/support file printer info choose os and download the new software to a folder, create a new folder on your desktop and name it newprintersoftware. This will be the software you need for new installation. same as the cd.

For downloading driver software, please visit the HP site page : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=304431. On this page, please select your OS and click next. Now, there will be option called "Driver - Product installation software" section, expand and select appropriate version you need to install and you will be taken to download page. Before installing, just remove previous software, if installed (recommended).

Just Download and Install the drivers and software for your operating system and your printer should be good to go.

go here..but remove old software first

Go to the HP website and use thier software down load package it is easy. I lost my HP deskjet 5150 disc that was hw i was able to reinstall it to new system. I hpoe this will help you. I sure do know it will

In case u lost the disc for the printer software u can download it from the internet .
mkae sure u disconnect the usb cable ,while u download the drivers and install it . i assumed the operating system is windows xp.
