We bought a house with an old wood combustion oven everhot deluxe 204. Unfortunately all the controls details have been erased with time. So we do not know where the highs and lows stands for the knobs. We also don't have a user manual at our disposition. Could you help us with these queries please? Thank you. Jacqui and Sven

Hi Jacqui and Sven,

Check these guys out...you'll have to call or write, but they should be able to answer any (and all) questions about the Everhot Deluxe 204. They even carry spare parts! Hope this helped.

No Solution sorry call the Guy in WA he has all 204 info. I reconditioned mine in 2004 when I moved in . I put in a full Gas 900mm Gas Range as well.
I love using the Everhot more than the Gas range It cookd well Slow cooked Roasts and veg Scones and cakes I have more fun cooking on the Everhot especially in winter soups are graet sauces are perfect I just pretend that Iam back in1908 and have fun You will love this stove next power increase as all you need is wood power outages no worry Hot water no worry if its the delux model, costs les than the gas range to cook for 10 and tastes better it does take time but thats the whole idea of slow cooking Just make sure you play with it before you do any serious cooking as its slow to get the heat up in the fire box but once it gets going its like a train fire box Feedme.. But you will enjoy it every time you light it up and it keeps the kitchen so warm in winter.

I just bought a about 35year old house it has a chef contessa deluxe gas freestanding oven and warmer i don't know the model no can you help i need a manual and parts

Hello Helen, most model number labels can be found either under the cook-top surface burners; on the side of the oven unit; or in the back near the vent. Other places to consider, behind the oven door jamb along the top or side edges. If your particular stove unit has a kick plate, you may find the oven's schematic attached to the inside of the kick plate with may contain the technical data to your unit. Hope this helps.

Receiving F3 Code

HI, no need to replace the unit at this time. this is a Open or shorted oven temperature sensor (RTD).

Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.

Double oven

ovenman, there's not a complete model number here but in the Kenmore line F7 is the code for a stuck function switch or bad keypad. Makes sense that it's telling you to start the lower oven. Try removing the ribbon cable from the board and cleaning the ends with an eraser. Reseat it and see if the code comes back. Make sure to kill the power before doing this. Catriver..post back.
