Just bought this j1184 ez golf cart from an individual, NO BRAKES ,LOOKS LIKE ALL CABLES LEADING TO BACK WHEELS MAY BE RUSTED . DO YOU KNOW WHAT YEAR THIS GOLF CART IS AN IF THERE IS A MANUAL TO BE HAD . SER # 336505

I recently bought a 92 Honda Acord LX...146000Miles on it. I recently took of the back wheels to check the brakes. My wife thought the rear brakes were dragging since when she takes her foot off the accelerator the car slows down, unlike our Town & Country which has over drive. The Honda has a 4 sp auto and it feels like it is shifting ok but, we wonder if it ever gets to 4th which I assume is OD...or is it? It shifts rather positive,which is OK with me....no slipping into gear for smoother shifting. I digress.
What I really want to know is what kind of set-up does the Honda have as far as the emergency brake goes.....cables or something else? I found no cables going to the rear wheels....or else the are hidden real good. We are afraid to use the emergency brake since another used car we bought once had rusted cables and we locked up the rear wheels and couldn't release them. I had to tear it all down and install new cables.
Sorry, as you can see, I ramble. All I want to know is does the car have cables or some other means for the emergency brake? Thanx
