I bought a Cyber sound digital music player from Spain. All the instructions are in Spanish. I got home and plugged it into the usb port on the computer and all I see is a waiting sign. I have got it plugged in now and there is just a waiting sign. I have tried to charge it through the mains charger which is european so I bougth a shaver adapter but nothing happens when I plug it into the mains. I'm not sure if I have a dud or not.
Please can u help. I bought it as a present for my daughter.

post the model number of this player.
is the player connected to its power pack, plugged in?
try all USB ports? or is it using eSATA port, no port type stated.
USB, when plugged in does windows (is it windows) go BINGBONG
sound, telling you USB is not dead?
does it show up in device manager
does it show up in Disk manager?
last would be "This PC" local explorer working and see a disk there.
Home burned, MP3 music on CD or DVD?
store bought DVD ,say starwars DVD real not a RIP.
always test with real CD/dVD first, not burned copies .
then last we check that DVD-R worrs or CD-r burned disks play.
what player are you using,? I use VLC , only.
Google search for free mp3 music files and
download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your
player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your
computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then
copy the mp3 music files to your player. You can convert your
CDs for free and copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and
follow my instructions :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files
Hi, what you need first is a usb cable that will connect your mp3 player with your computer, after getting this, connect the usb cable to side of your mp3, and the other end to your usb port on the computer system. Wait for sometime for your computer to recognize the usb and mp3 player.
Open your music files on your computer, right click on the folder and click on send to, select your mp3 player, and send all the music you want to transfer from your computer to the mp3 player to it.
