The schematic or service manual doesn't appear to be available online. You may have to contact Orion. Verify the REM input to the amp. It should be 12V when the car is on and 0V when the car is off.

make sure you have the frequency cuts right. if ur giving the sub anything lower then 30hz (assuming ur using 15's) the amp will cut out to protect the woofers from overload
Your speaker is a dual 2ohm sub. If you have both voice coils wired Parallel that will drop the ohm load to 1, which the amp can not handle. You need to wire the voice coils in series. Treat each voice coil as a speaker.
