I am sorry but the time cannot be changed. But there is another option in which you can not see the date. Press mode button or the bottom left button until display shows T2 in the bottom left side. Press Reset button or the upper left button. Thus will make the hours number blink. Set the time using ST/STP button or the upper right button. To set the minutes, press Reset button or upper left button and the minutes number will blink and set it using the ST/STP button or the upper right button.
I nearly went crazy pushing buttons, but finally got the right combination. From the normal Time Display (as you would normally use the watch, no need to push any buttons) Push and Hold for a few seconds the Lap/Reset Button. The "Set" Mode will become active. Release the Lap/Reset button when Set appears in the Display. Notice in the Display a small Arrow that points to a button, either the ST/STP or Mode Button. (Initially it will be the ST/STP Button). When you depress the button to which the arrow points, the Field Flashing in the display will be set (For ST/STP) or Changed to the next Field (When the Arrow Points to the Mode Button). Simply toggle through the fields (using the Mode Button) and set (using the ST/STP Button) as needed. You will also be offered the ability to set the Month, Date, Day, 12/24 HR, and a M-D (It stands for Month - Date, in Europe it's more common to display as Date - Month). I did not change this field since by default on my watch it displayed M - D first. The setting cycle will be finished off when you have set the various fields by again pushing the Lap/Reset Button. Not related to setting the watch, but possibly useful, the Watch will completely reset if all the buttons are pushed at the same time, including pushing the Display Light (or in the case of this watch, the illumination used for the Display Characters). Hope this helps, it worked for me.
Press and hold [ Adj button ] till the digits on screen starts blink.
Now Press [ Mode Button ] repetitively to cycle through Hour -> minute -> Seconds
Press [ ST/STP button ] to adjust the value. Each press will increase the value.
Press [ Adj Button ] again to save the changes
To set the alarm
Press [ MODE Button] till it displays Alarm Time.
Repeat steps 1 to step 4 as described in 'To set the time'
Different watches have different procedures to active the alarm. Common method is pressing a button briefly. Since model of watch is not specified, Try pressing [Adj Button] or [ST/STP Button].
Hold the reset button (upper left button) until the seconds start to blink. To go to the hours, push the mode button (lower left button). To set the hour, push the ST/STP button (upper right button) to the desired hour. To go to the minutes, push the mode button again, set the minutes with ST/STP button. To go to the date, push the mode button, set with the ST/STP button. Once done, simply hit the reset button to complete. Hope this helps!
Press mode continuously for about 2-3 seconds then release
Press mode again so that the seconds are flashing
Press ADJ + ST/STP at the same time
Adjust what you need to adjust and move between minutes and seconds by repeating the ADJ + ST/STP
I just picked up this watch. Setting it is easy. Hold down the button marked "RESET" (lower right) until the numbers start blinking. Hit the "MODE" button (lower left) until the the settings you want to change are blinking. Hit the "ST/STP" button (upper right) to change that setting. Keep on hitting these two buttons until the settings are as you would like them. Hit "RESET" button to finish. So, to change just the day, I would hold down "RESET," hit "MODE" four times, hit "ST/STP" until the date is correct, hit "RESET" to save.
i hope this helps....
the top right says st/stp....tells you the year
the bottom right is the light...
