Is it recognized in itunes? sometimes you have to reset your ipod by holding down the middle button and the menu button. or in some ipods its middle button and play pause button

<p>iTunes does not allow iPod users to transfer files from an iPod to your computer. The program can only transfer data that originated in the iTunes library on the device. How do I upload photos to an iPod Touch from a computer without iTunes?

<p>To update the music, videos and contacts stored on your iPod Touch, you must use iTunes or an equivalent program. Although it is possible to manage your photos via iTunes also, you do not use the program to do this. Transfer photos from your computer's hard drive directly to your iPod Touch using Windows Explorer. <br /> <p><br /> <p>1. Connect the iPod Touch to your computer using the USB cable. Close out of iTunes opens automatically - you will not need to add photos. <br /> <p><br /> <p>2. Open the Start menu and click on "Computer". Click the name of the iPod Touch with the rest of the drives on your computer and double click on "Photos" for the iPod Touch to access "Camera Roll". <br /> <p><br /> <p>3. Click the "Start" menu and click "Computer" back half "Windows Explorer" windows open. Navigate to the location on your computer where you want to transfer photos or located, all you want to transfer, right-click anywhere on the folder and click "Copy." Close the window. <br /> <p><br /> <p>4. Return to your iPod Touch open the "Pictures" folder. Right-click the folder and click "Paste" to copy the photos to your device. Disconnect the device from Windows will tell you once the transfer is complete, and then you look at the camera rolls for the photos you added appears in the visible. <br />

Cant transfer photos from pc to ipod

connect your i-pod to you pc..go to my computer, seleck removable disk or the name that will appear the double click on it and open it..After this select the pictures you want from pc and copy it..then paste it in the folder removable disk or the name that you've opened....

Photo transfer

you will need itunes on you computer then just plug your ipod in, when the itunes opens click on your ipod image on the left hand pane, and go to the photo's tab. Choose which photo folder you would like to sync to your ipod and then select sync.

Transfer of photos

Choose “Preferences” from the iTunes menu. This will pop up a tab where you will be able to complete step four.

Step Four
Click on the iPod tab in the screen that will open up after completing step three.

Step Five
Select the “Photos” tab in the “iPod” pane you chose in step four.

Step Six
Choose the “Synchronize Photos From” checkbox and select either "iPhoto," "Choose Folder" or "Pictures" (as in your pictures folder) from the pop-up menu.

PICTURES

Using iTunes, connect the iPod to the PC u are using and right click on the track. This should bring up an options menu and u need to click the tab that says artwork. If its not thier already, copy/paste the artwork in and if its a full album u want to do, hold shift while selecting multiple tracks and do the same. Then in iPod options, show aretwork..... Et Voila
