I ordered Nike Hyperfuse shoes from www.nikeboeseriers.com. Received them but too small. Can't contact them because security box doesn't work. Return address is in Chinese. I paid by credit card. Please help.

First of all never use a website you don't trust. Second of all make sure you can always send them back easily if it is the first time using the site. Since you can't send them back you could resell them. Then use that money to buy a new pair, but bigger. If that doesn't work then send back the package with the chinese return address and see if it works.

Need to find an Air Max Rite shoe in white with black swoosh, size 10.5. Can you help?
First of all, I believe you meant to type "Rise" or "Wright," as I could not find anything with "Rite." If I am incorrect I apologize in advance. Originally I assumed you were looking for men's, but the following information applies to women's shoes as well.

I went on CraigsList (a heaven-sent site!) and although they did not have the size you are looking for in the Twin Cities, I would suggest you check out your local CraigsList as well as searching other cities and see what someone will charge to ship them to you (you will need to have a Paypal account and you may want to discuss sending a deposit vs. the whole amount to ensure you do not get scammed).

I did find these links on CraigsList which may be helpful: www.kishoes.com and www.jordantree.com.

I looked on eBay (another great source) and the average price seems to be $60.00 (as they retail for significantly higher, I am not sure if you would consider this a bargain or not). Other sites you could try include:
