Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S730 Digital Camera

Hi, i have a sony DSC-S730 digital camera. until recently, i was able to copy pictures from the camera to my PC, but now whenever i try copying, an error message pops up saying "cannot read from the source". I even tried to copy the pictures manually, but then also it says "cannot copy the files". any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Take off the SD card and try to copy from other SD reader with connected at PC; if this isn't work, then you should try formatting the card. If that doesn`t help, it looks like the card is faulty.

Its possible that you lost the pics in there.

My sony dsc-s730 camera comes up with file error and a blue screen when i look back at some pictures taken, i keep losing really good pics to it how do i fix this?
Format memory card and check, if problem exist then replace memory card in camera.
Note: Format will delete all photo data on memory card so copy photo files before format.

Uploading Pictures To The Computer.
If you are running Windows XP or Vista in computer, hook USB cable between camera and computer, power up camera, Windows will recognize it and install required drivers automatically, click My Computer, Removable Disk, click folder and copy picture files and paste in some where in computer.
