Hello,its not a volume problem you are experiencing,its a ear piece problem.all you need to do is to get another ear piece from a mobile phone accessories stores that's if you are technically inclined,but if not,I would advice you visit a mobile phone authorized technician. The problem you facing occured duely because your ear piece has bursted due to either maximum increase in ear phone volume. Wish you good luck, Take care.
When you are talking to someone, you can increase or decrease the incoming voice through Volume key. Press the volume Up to increase volume.
Remember volume will increase or decrease only if you ore on a call.
turn your ear piece up this is sometimes on the left hand side of the phone ! also press the green answer button again after answering or making a call to put it on loudspeaker . you can also increase the volume on some phones by pushing the middle curser on the right hand side during the call. hope this solves it for you . if you still have your book it will also be in there , regards terry
Press the "Menu" button to access the main menu, then scroll to "Settings."
Scroll to "Profiles" or "Set Profile" and select it. Then scroll to your active profile and select it. You will be given three options on the screen. Select "Customize" to continue.
Scroll down to the bottom of the listed settings where you will find "Ringing Volume." Select the arrow on the right side of the volume meter and select it to raise the ringing volume.
Select "Save" to save your changes and return you to the "Profiles" menu.
Quick answer, you don't. I had the same problem so I emailed Nokia
UK and got a reply back from them, saying that voice command/dialing is
not a feature of the C3-00. But they hope to sort it out in the future. This is what they sent...

u can increase your font size by going in sttings and change and to record all calls u need to put in a software called spycall u can get on google install that in mobile and start recording as much as u like.
increase the volume while you are talking on phone call. You can increase the volume by press silver FM button. To reduce the volume use silver MP3 button.
