I am looking for a baby monitor with 2 transmitters and one receiver . i have not seen such a thing. i am willing to buy 2 baby monitors if either receiver will 'communicate' with either transmitter. is this a possibility? i like the range of this receiver and its portability. i need the receiver to be portable and not combersome with the caretaker who will be watching a single person who is usually in 2 areas of a small house...... ie: 2 transmitters, one receiver that can travel with the caretaker and then one receiver as a backup?

Why does it keep "saying" out of range?

if camera and base are within a few feet of one another does it have a problem obtaining a signal (syncing ) ?? as if it works ok then there might be a object that is getting in the way of the signal , radio waves move from its transmitter (camera) towards its receiver (monitor) in a straight line , if there is too large a mass in the way then the radio wave can't penetrate it and will be "lost" also ck both the camera's and bases battery levels (if they have one) for proper peak power level , as it takes energy to drive the radio signal towards its receiver .

My summer infant baby monitor is coning in fuzzy what could be issue the model number is #26850

Move the camera closer to the receiver to see if clears up. If it does then it is the transmitter being interfered with by another signal or the transmitter is not powerful enough and it could be broken

Tomy baby monitor not working

How exactly? Is it powered? Does it have no sound transmitting? Are both transmitter and receiver on the same channel setting? Are they close enough to be useful or too far away from each other that no signal is being received?

Let me know and I'll help further :-)

Sony 910 baby monitor makes loud beeping when turned on

The picture you posted looks like it has the channel setting option. Notice at the bottom there are three little holes that are (as I recall) either red, yellow or green. You have to set the channel on both the transmitter in the baby's room, and in the receiver you keep with you, so that they have the same pattern of colored dots in those holes. When they have the same pattern, they're on the same radio channel. If you can hear a neighbor's monitor, pick a different color pattern to change channels. As long as both units have the same pattern, you should hear the baby, not the beeping.

How do i stop the range alarm?

If the out of range alarm is beeping the batteries may not be powerful enough or there is too many walls between transmitter and receiver.

Heart rate writst watch won't work

Hi,
Here is the manual for your heart rate monitor:
http://www.omronhealthcare.com/img/shop/hr-100c---2003-hr100cinst-rev-a.pdf
The size of your wrist shouldn't matter, because you can actually mount the monitor to a bike handle, so you don't have to be wearing it at all. It's just acting as a receiver, displaying the info. Are you wearing the transmitter belt, is it positioned correctly, and tight enough? Are you putting water or gel on the backside of the transmitter so that you get good conduction and contact? Is the transmitter belt within 20 inches of the monitor receiver display?
The transmitter battery might be low. If so, the symptom would be that your readings can be erratic. I know you said that you just bought it, but batteries can be low in new products. ..How many times have you bought a new digital watch only to find that it had a low battery...You can replace the battery in the transmitter with a lithium 3v battery #CR2032. Do you see a low battery indicator? If so, the display (receiver) battery also needs replacing and it uses the same battery as the transmitter.
Hope it helps, please let me know.
Thanks

Our fisher price baby monitor will not sync up. suggestions?

The transmitter and receiver should sync up easily. Mke sure you have both of them set for either channel A or B -- it doesn't matter which one as long as they are the same.

Did that fix it? If not, another device may be interfering. Do you have one receiver or two?

Seems "desynchronized," beeping constantly, doesn't seem to work anymore

Reset the unit, (page 21 in the manual.) If you are missing the manual... Put the receiver next to the transmitter. Turn the receiver off then on again While holding the volume button on the receiver hold down the pager button on the transmitter. Do this until it beeps
That's what the manual said, I had to try it several times before it worked. I'm not exactly sure what I did the last time (maybe held it down longer or pushed it repeatedly), but it made a different beeping sound than the first times and suddenly it started working again.

The light on my daisy camera keeps coming on at night and wakes up the baby. How can this be stopped?

could there be something moving the camera or touching it? It is touch sensitive when you tap the stem you can turn the light on or off. I only know because the same thing was happening to me.

Baby monoitor reciever piking up no sound or delayed sound - link light flashing

A delay may be caused by interference from other radio sources. I heard of one case where a woman's cell phone call overpowered the transmit power of her baby monitor.

Other things that can cause interference or other receiver problems:
1. monitor in contact or close proximity to running appliances or their cords. (induced electromagnetic field)
2. neighbor with baby monitor on same channel ('cross-talk')
3. distance between transmitter and receiver too far (the strength of a radio signal fall dramatically over larger distances. think of how often you lose cell phone coverage)
4. reduced power: low battery strength or cooked power supply
5. transmitter or receiver insulated from signal (if your monitor was transmitting/receiving through any metal obstruction)
