The processor is a Socket AM3 type, and you can use any heatsink that fits that socket type. It really doesn't depend on the board, unless you choose one so large it interferes with the RAM sockets. You might also need to take the case dimensions into account as well. This one from Tigerdirect is one I have used on a couple of systems and it's worked well.
All of THESE should fit your Motherboard / CPU combo, just click on the "Specs" tab and look in compatibility section to make sure "AM3" is listed in there.
