Question about Lexmark X2670 All-In-One Printer
EC5 error code indicates a short has been detected in one of your cartridges. Try to remove both your cartridges from the printer. Close the cover. Unplug and replug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first. Close the cover and check for any error. If none, open the cover and reinsert the other cartridge. Close the cover and check for any error. Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to appear. You may also try to insert a different known working cartridge to determine if the other is faulty.
