Hello, my phone just stopped making phone calls, I can text without problems, but the phone will not put a call through, incoming or outgoing. It will start dialing and say the call is active but there is no sound. Is there anything I can do about it?

I'd go to an AT&T company store with this question. If you want to do this, they may be able to help you. If others are doing this without your permission, you need their help to stop the hackers.

I would go to Tracfones website and send fill out the support form. They will be able to help you out.

there are several factors why you are unable to send and receive messages and make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.
network issue: are you the only one experiencing the problem? try to check with someone who is on the same location and is using the same network as you if he or she is experiencing the same problem as you. if yes, then it may be a problem with your network.
make sure that you have good signal and contact your service provider too and ask them if they have an ongoing maintenance in the area and ask if the sms and calls services are activated on your account
phone issue: if you have a good signal and still can't send, receive text messages, do and receive incoming, outgoing calls, try to do these: call the service provider and ask for the default network pin, then go to the settings of your phone, call settings, call barring, deactivate all barring
try inserting your sim card to another phone and try to send an sms
turn off your phone, remove battery and sim card and then wait for a few seconds, then put back the sim and battery and turn on the phone then try to send an sms

the internet connection's outgoing is too slow. ALl internet connections have an outgoing and an incoming speed. Make sure you are not uploading anything to the internet or get a faster internet service provider

Somce cell phone carriers can block outgoing texts, separately from incoming texts.. You might want to check with your cell company and see if they accidentally blocked your incoming.

some times cos of the area u might have to stuff with the settings in the network settings section.

These devices are made to work in both modes you may have to reset, remove the battery while the cell is on and count to 30, then replace battery and power back on this should work! If it does'nt call your provider and check Sim card.
