How can I disable a Parental code that has been entered into my tv by some one. The tv is a Sharp Model LC-C4067UN Sharp Aquos

If you forget the secret number, clear the secret number using the following procedure. 1 Select an item from the list below to display the secret number input screen. "EZ Setup", "CH Setup", "Parental CTRL" or "Reset" on the Setup menu. "Software Update" on the Option menu. 2 Press and hold both CH UP and VOL+ on the TV simultaneously until the message appears on the screen.

Press the menu button and select 'Parental CTRL' whcih will be located somewhere on that menu or in other submenus. When selected you will be greeted with two options:

• New Secret No.
• Secret No. Clear

Please open a menu so that you get the 4 digit input screen.
Then, hold the CHANNEL UP and VOLUME UP buttons until the pin in cleared.
