Nancy, the following link is for the Garland Parts Department. When you contact them, be sure to have the model number of your grill, handy. Without that, there's not much they can do to help you.

Hope this helps you. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have all new burner element, starter and thermometer,,,because I had a MAJOR fire from deteriorating fire unit Now I used grill to rotisserie a chicken, cleaned everything and when using it to grill...

When you cooked the chicken on the rotisserie, did you remove the cooking grates and place a disposable drip pan on the flame tamers below the chicken? This will prevent the grease from dripping down into the bottom of the grill when you use the rotisserie. The bottom of the unit needs to be kept clean so the grease will run to the drip pan and not get caught in the bottom of the unit. When you are done cooking, if you will close the lid and turn the grill on high for 10 to 15 minutes it will help to burn off any grease build up and prevent fires in the future.

Need a burner support bar for a grill pro

Nancy, your grill is no longer manufactured. But, you can still get parts for it from Brinkmann. Call Customer Service at 800-468-5252. Having the Part Number will really help to expedite the process.

Hope this helps you. Please be kind enough to leave a rating for my response to you. Thanks!

Smoke - My dishwasher was working yesterday when all of

This is a serious issue, you may need to contact the manufacturer about it. Check for recalls as your dishwasher is basically a fire hazard. There is a fan in the door that may caught fire or the door latch mechanism caught fire. Perhaps another part caught fire.

I also may recommend you to open a claim with the manufacturer about smoke damages or any other damage that your property may have.

Good luck.

Gas grill caught fire

The anwer is not the one you want before Labor day cook-outs. Since the unit is under recall, go the manufacture's site, or any site specified in the recall notices, and follow the directions, to get replacement parts for all damaged parts from the fire, as well as the original defective parts. Hopefully you can take the unit in for exchange for a fully assembled one. Be polite but firm in wanting the units assembled gratis.
