I tried to sign into xbox live and it says a problem occurred. and it said to come to this website. what do i do?

this also happens when you recover you gamer tag too many times, its a safety thing, go to live.com sign in an you will have a message follow the steps to re activate your account, sill i know but it worked for me...

call xbox live support they will solve this for you
