I go to use it and in yahoo it says webcam not connected. i cant figure out hot to get it to work

1st You download Webcam Driver.
Built in web cam
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Try using your webcam this way.
Use a IM application like Yahoo messenger,NetMeeting,Skype,etc.
They will have video capabilities that will work with your webcam and allow you to view other webcams.

Sir my compaq 621 in-built webcam is detected. i installed the latest driver od universal webcam and hp webcam multimedia but when i want to run it create error NO WEBCAM DETECTED. HP WEBCAM WILL NOW...

check web cam settings in yahoo it may not have the web cam selected.

I have a built in web cam and i want to use it on yahoo cant find it

some laptops require you to have the webcam switched on in BIOS, others require you to switch them on via a preinstalled utility.
Download and run webcammax and it will help you out in figuring out whats wrong.
