If you have access to the Google Books application, as it seems you've got an Android Tablet according to the Galaxy Tablet reference, you can download books on your computer via the Google Books website (books.google.com), then you can download the Google Books Application from the Android Market (search 'Google Books') and login with your credentials and you can access your books you've downloaded!
*Make sure the Google Account you're using on your phone is the same one you're downloading and purchasing books with on your computer. You might want to attempt to download some of the "Free" books first to ensure that the transfer is working.
You can put eBooks on the tablet by using the Aldiko eBook app and your PC to put books in the library. 1) Download an ePub file to your computer. Use Google Books or another eBook store to get the file. Check out http://books.google.com 2) To transfer the ePub file, hook up the tablet to the PC. 3) First mount your USB Storage (Internal), from your PC go the removable disk, you should see the ebooks folder, create a sub folder and name it import. 4) Copy your epub file to the import folder. 5) Next turn off USB storage(Internal). 6) Launch Aldiko, click on Menu which should popup a menu with option such as import. Click on import. It will start to scan your sdcard for any epub files. 7) When the import is finished, click on Bookshelf to refresh. For some reason it just doesn't see any epub files from the USB Storage (ie from the MicroSDCard) Let me know if this helps.
Hi, to download books you have to make sure they are in TXT of FB2 format. First check the format of the book you are trying do download. If it is a different format you can easily convert it with Calibre converter. You can do a Google search for this eBook converter software.
After you have a book in this format move it from your PC to the jetBook using the cable provided. Or you can put it on an SD card and insert the card to the device.
Did you try another USB drive? Only MP3 and WMA are compatible. No partitions, no data security, etc. Check page 20 of the instruction book. If you don't have it, then go to books.jvc.com and download the instruction book.
