How to enter Fax mode Before sending faxes, make sure (Fax) is illuminated in green. If not, press (Fax) to enter Fax mode. The default setting is Fax. How to dial You can dial in any of the following different ways. Manual dialing Press all of the digits of the phone or fax number. Setup Send 3 - 2 SETUP SEND Speed-Dialing Press Search/Speed Dial, #, and then the two digit Speed-Dial number. (See Storing Speed-Dial numbers on page 5-1.) Search You can search for names you have stored in the Speed-Dial memories. Press Search/Speed Dial and the navigation keys to search. (See Storing Speed-Dial numbers on page 5-1.) * To search alphabetically, you can use the dial pad to enter the first letter of the name you are looking for. Fax Redial If you are sending a fax manually and the line is busy, press Redial/Pause, and then press Black Start or Color Start to try again. If you want to make a second call to the last number dialed, you can save time by pressing Redial/Pause and Black Start or Color Start. Redial/Pause only works if you dialed from the control panel. If you are sending a fax automatically and the line is busy, the MFC will automatically redial one time after five minutes. If the LCD shows Not Registered when you enter the Speed-Dial number, a number has not been stored for it.
Color fax transmission Your MFC can send a color fax to machines that support this feature. However, color faxes cannot be stored in the memory. When you send a color fax, the MFC will send it in real time (even if Real Time TX is set to Off).
Hi Suzeo. Many HP fax machines have the function you are requesting. It is called the broadcast fax feature. Look in your owner manual for this feature. If I knew which model you have I would have researched it for you. IF by chance, your machine does not have this feature, it would be money well spent to replace your current machine with one that does. Depending on how many pages the daily fax is, I am estimating that you are spending an hour or more each day on this task. J.

My Mom had this same problem. I found these instructions on Uniden's website (uniden.com) under the "Owner Manuel" section.
Here you go - good luck!
Using the Speed Dial Memory Storing Numbers in Speed Dial Memory
Your cordless phone can store up to ten numbers (up to 20 digits each) in the speed dial
memory. To store number in memory:
1) When the phone is in standby, press [memory]. The talk/batt low LED flashes.
2) Use the keypad to enter the phone number.
(To enter a 2-second pause between numbers, press [redial/ pause]. Each pause counts as a digit. )
3) Press [memory] again.
4) Select the speed dial location where you would like to store the
number ( [0] to [9] ). You will hear a confirmation tone indicating
that the number has been stored. NOTE: • Storing a number to a speed dial location will overwrite the any previously stored number without warning. • When storing numbers into memory and the handset is idle (i.e., no key is pressed) for more than 0 seconds, it will beep rapidly, and then the phone will return to standby. Dialing a Stored Number
1) When the phone is in standby, press [talk], and listen for a dial tone.
2) Press [memory] and enter the speed dial entry ([0] – [9]) that has the stored number
you want to dial. (If you enter a digit that does not contain a stored number, the
handset will beep rapidly, and the phone will not dial.) Chain Dialing
The speed dial memory is not limited to phone numbers. You can store any number (up
to 20 digits) that you need to enter once your call connects. This is referred to as Chain
Dialing. An example is a frequently refilled prescription number. Store your pharmacy
phone number in one speed dial and your most frequently refilled prescription number
as another speed dial. To use, once you ring your pharmacy's automated prescription
line, simply press [memory] and the speed dial number where you stored your account
number. Erasing a Stored Number from Memory
1) With the phone in standby, press [memory] twice.
2) Press the number of the speed dial entry. A tone indicates that the stored number is
erased from memory.
It is under the 'Product details' section. The section on managing the memory start on page 34.
To change a stored number you just follow the initial instructions, namely:
1. Press the STORE button. ENTER TEL. NO. is displayed.
2. Use the keypad to enter the phone number. If you
want to add spaces instead of dashes in the number,
it will dial correctly.
• To scroll forward or backward, use NEXT or
PREVIOUS.
• To erase the current digit, press ERASE.
3. When finished, press STORE. ENTER NAME is
displayed.
4. Use the keypad to store a name (up to 16 characters).
More than one letter or character is available in each
of the number keys. For example, to enter the letter
“A,” press the 2 key once. For a “B,” press the same
key twice. For a “C,” press it three times.
• To add a space, press NEXT.
• To scroll forward or backward, use NEXT or
PREVIOUS.
• To erase the current digit, press ERASE.
5. When finished, press STORE. MEMORY LOCATION is
displayed.
6. Press the memory location number (0-9 or A, B, C) to
store the number.
You can use the "Broadcast " feature to send one fax to up to 112 numbers listed in your speed dial. To set this up:
Insert the original into the ADF.
Press Quick Scan/Reports. The display should show how much memory is available.
Enter the One-Touch or Speed Dial numbers for the recipients you want to send to (one after the other). You can also setup a group dial number.
Press Fax Start. The machine will scan the document into memory and then dial all the numbers you've entered. If any are busy it will attempt to redial.
Press Stop/Exit at any time to cancel the broadcast.
If you need further instruction on how to setup group or speed dial numbers, Brother provides the user manual online.
