Sorry the unit itself probally have a major or micro cracks into it PCB board.After it repair by a tv tech.The unit still could be also have bad or damges picture to the LCD screen panel too itself.The unit was drop hard or high up like from 3 or 4 feets?Not worth and a wast of the money for a repair for a drop electronic equipments with a LCD screen panel.Unit now only have 50/50 chances for the unit to work correctly again or without the unit LCD screen panel to have damages or picture to the LCD screen panel be effected.Best just buy a new one.

If the camera was dropped and it does not turn on with a known GOOD battery the camera must have been damaged. When you dropped it the FIRST time and it worked you were lucky. Cameras do NOT like to be dropped.

Headphones drop out

Cord is probably broken internally. If you are not good with wires and soldering and it is out of warranty, find someone who is or buy new headphones. You can manipulate the wire until it works and tape it in that position for a temp fix, otherwise the cord is shot.

Nikon D40 green light flashing even when off

Sorry to hear this. Dropping something on concrete creates a high G force. Can you make sure the battery is fully charged before you put it in. If you have a good battery and all it does is blink something must have been broken. I think a D40 is a rather old camera too. Sorry I do not think I can help you. In most times a LED green blinking means it is charging. When carrying a camera you should wrap the strap around your wrist. If you do it correctly if you drop your camera it will not hit the ground. It is best to keep it from dropping on the ground.

Dropped controller and water, controller works but

It probably messed up the control's power mechanism. Unfortunately you're probably lucky that it still works at all and I don't think you'll be able to do anything to improve the battery usage.

i think it is time to replace the lcd, look for repair shop that offer a service for a less cost.

Hello, how r u Dear? i think u r fine. Dear your problem is very serious. it has two solution (1) reinstall the software in your mobile then check i think its clear. if it does not work then go to the hardware shope and clean its keypad chip.

I cant remove the box background of each icon in my desktop

You have "drop shadows" disabled. This can happen when windows thinks that your computer is struggling, and turns the "drop shadows" off. (I like to think of drop shadows as transparency) To re-enable them, Go start, and right click on "my computer" Press properties, and click "advanced". Then under "performance" click settings. Scroll to the bottom of this list, and second to bottom will be a checkbox with something about drop shadows on it. Make sure that this is ticked, and if it isnt, the tick it. If your this doest work, then untick it and click apply, then re- tick it, and go apply again. If this STILL doent work, then cross off the windows, and right click the desktop, go "desktop", and choose another background.
Hope that this solves your drop shadows problem!

Dropped camera - lost pictures

I dropped mine yesterday and have the same issue. I figured that it must have caused something internal to shift so, I know this sounds crazy, I just gently dropped it on my desk, and it actually fixed it's self and works. This camera has been dropped from top of fridge and tv and is still in tact, to my surprise. Proceed at your own risk if you're thinking about doing what I just did, but it worked.

When I turn on my Kodak EasyShare M1033 the screen is black.
