Click here to download the user's guide and go to page # 21 to clear the V chip settings to factory default. That should clear the password.

Went to gas station after half hour drive. Went to start wouldn't start. Coding p1610 lock code. Why would it do this after I already drove it. Doesn't make sense to me. 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5

Tech notes This code is usually triggered when a not registered or damaged key is used to start the engine. When the starting operation is carried out five or more times consecutively with the same unregistered key, the system will lock. If the problem occurs try disconnecting the car battery for about 30 minutes and then try starting the engine with a known registered key. If the problem persist you have to have the dealer erase the code and reprogram the keys again.

If problem persist after disconnecting the car battery, try the following:

ESCAPE FROM LOCK MODE
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Turn ignition switch ON with registered key. (Do not start engine.) Wait 5 seconds.
3. Return the key to OFF position.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 twice (total of three cycles).
5. Start the engine.

Radio can only lock on one station

There are no known issues with the antenna connectors or cable.
Visually inspect the cable and ends to be sure nothing came loose.

Has there been anything added to the electronic system...i.e. HID headlights, amps, ect.

V-chip block passcode

Hello
You must have its original remote control handset to unlock your Mitsubishi tv.

After you set the lock, you must use your pass code

to view a locked program, view the locked TV, view

a locked channel, cancel the lock, or enter the Lock

menus.

If you forget your pass code, you can view the locked

TV without entering your pass code. When you are

prompted for your pass code, press the number 9 and

QV keys on the TV remote control at the same time. This

process temporarily unlocks the TV.

When entering the Lock menu, this process deletes

your old pass code and prompts you to enter a new

pass code.

• You can either enter a new pass code to open the

Lock menu and make changes or press EXIT to close

the menu.

• If any of the locks are turned on and you exit the

menus when prompted for a new code, the old

code and all lock settings are retained.

• If all locks are turned off and you exit the menus

when prompted for a new code, then the previous
code is erased.
OK.

My Motorola CLS1110 Two way radio has issues charging. I have a 6 station charging station and when I put the walkie on the dock to charge the light just contiues to blink red. I have to continually...

You may have a bad battery, or even dirty battery contacts. A few troubleshooting ideas include:
1) Swap the battery to another known good CLS1110 radio and see if the other radio has the same problem when placed on the charger. If so, you have a bad battery. This type of battery typically lasts approx. 18-24 months before needing replaced.
2) If swapping the battery proves to be successful, check the battery contacts on the affected radio for debris, scum or dirt. Clean the contacts on the charger and the radio with a pencil eraser if needed. (The fact you have to readjust the walkie in the charger indicates you might have problems with the contacts.)
3) Try the battery from the known good radio in the affected radio, if the battery charges correctly, you know the radio is fine. If the charger blinks with the known good battery, then you know you have a radio problem.

Best regards.

Remove Any Docking Stations or Port Replicators From the Computer Note: Docking stations and port replicators are optional equipment. If you are unsure if you have a docking solution attached to your computer, refer to Table 1 and Table 2 for examples. To remove the docking station or port replicator, perform the following steps: Shut down the computer. Remove the docking station: Universal Docking Stations: Disconnect the docking station's USB cable from the computer. D/Port or D/Dock: Remove any cable locks from the security slot on the right side of the docking station. Move the slide lock forward to the unlocked position. 1997 chervolet venture radio reset codes

I had the same problem with a 97 transport. Here is a couple solution to your locked radio problem. This is assuming you have the ACDelco radio original to the vehicle. One way is to allow the vehicle to warm for an hour. After warming the vehicle press either the 1/2 or 3/4 or 5/6 buttons together. In two on the sequences, a three digit code will come up. Write these codes down. I called the original seller of the vehicle, (if known) or a GM dealer. Speak with the parts or service department. They do not have the 4 digit code to unlock the stereo, though they can make a call to ACDelco and get the code. The other way is to take it to a dealer and have them erase the code, which is approx. 30-50 dollar depending on the service station. Hope this helps.

Lost channels

Try to raise your signal level by adding an amplifier to your antenna or adding height to your antenna. If your signal goes too low for some reason the box erases weaker stations. Sometimes it just relocates them to a different channel number so make sure you use channel up and down first to see if it relocated a weaker channel by itself. Look for channel numbers you don't recognize and when it locks in sometimes it will relocate them back to the original station. Hope this helps, Russmann.
