You obviously didn't read the problem carefully. The machine won't boot, so there is no command line. I have the same problem with a T23. It might be the CMOS battery that needs to be replaced.
If it beeps (which it should) means that some device did not pass post. Find your motherboard online and look up the beep codes. This should help you to discover the problem. I hope this helps!
the crc is the cyclic redundance check your bios is corrupt. you will need to flash the bios to bring it back the internal bios bottery will need to be removed for 1 min then replace. it should bring it back if not you bios chip has burnt out. i have never replaced a bios chip but you will have to find one to replace it

This problem you may not be able to fix. There are a couple of things you can try.
1st Keep on rebooting your laptop until this error goes away.
2nd Replace the BIOS battery, it maybe nearly worn out. After replacement you need to go into the BIOS setting to set the Date & Time.

Go on tis forum and post your problem. There is also the Lenovo forum. I have a T23 and haven't seen this error before. These Forums are very good for information on your laptop.
