It looks like the AC adaptor is not making the right supply voltage needed for your laptop.
If you have a multi tester, you can test your ac adaptor to see if it has stable 20V voltage output supply needed for the laptop to make it work.
Set your tester to DC range. Plug the ac adaptor to your wall socket. Hold the other end of the ac adaptor (the one you connect to your laptop. Insert the red (positive) lead into the center of the adapter pin, then
touch the black (negative) lead to the outside metal part of the pin.
Read the display in your tester. If the adapter is working properly, the meter should
read between 19 to 20 volts of the rating. If the adapter is faulty, the
meter will read below 18volts.
If that would be the case, I'm afraid you will need to replace your ac adaptor.
