Pacemaster Pro Elite error code 35

Error code 35 on a Pacemaster Pro Elite treadmill typically indicates a problem with the treadmill's speed sensor. This sensor is responsible for detecting the speed at which the treadmill belt is moving and providing that information to the treadmill's control panel. If the speed sensor is not functioning properly, the treadmill may display error code 35 and stop operating.
There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and fix this error:
  1. Check the connections between the speed sensor and the control panel. Make sure that the connectors are securely plugged in and that there are no visible signs of damage.
  2. Clean the speed sensor. The speed sensor may be dirty or covered in debris, which can affect its ability to accurately detect the treadmill's speed. Use a dry cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or debris.
  3. Check the treadmill belt for proper tension. If the belt is too loose, it may cause the speed sensor to malfunction. Adjust the belt tension according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Replace the speed sensor. If none of the above steps fix the problem, the speed sensor may be faulty and need to be replaced. This is a more complex repair that may require the assistance of a professional.
I hope these suggestions help you resolve the error code 35 issue on your Pacemaster Pro Elite treadmill. If you are unable to fix the problem or if the error persists, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

My Trojan Runx treadmill on start up is slow to get to speed and when i climb on while at speed you can hear it losing speed.

There could be a few possible reasons for your Trojan Runx treadmill to have this issue:
  1. Belt tension: The treadmill belt may not be tight enough, causing it to slip and lose speed. You can adjust the belt tension by using an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts at the back of the treadmill.
  2. Motor: The motor may be overheating and shutting off, causing the treadmill to slow down. You can check the motor by opening up the motor cover and looking for any signs of burning or overheating.
  3. Motor brushes: The motor brushes may be worn out and need replacing. This can cause the motor to run slower and eventually shut off.
  4. Power supply: The power supply to the treadmill may be insufficient, causing it to lose speed. Make sure the treadmill is plugged into a dedicated circuit and not sharing power with other appliances.
If you're unsure about how to diagnose or fix any of these issues, it's recommended to contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for assistance.

Belt seems to be slipping

As a general rule, the belt should be kept as loose as possible. However, the belt must not slip on the rollers in normal use. Possible overtension can be quickly checked by walking on the belt at a speed of 3 mph The belt must slip on the front roller if you brake the belt with your feet, holding onto the hand rails, while you walk. If the belt does not slip, the tension is too high and the rear roller must be loosened. The belt tension and alignment is done by adjusting the rear roller position with the attachment bolts at the back of the treadmill a 1/4 turn at a time until correct tension attained. T

Belt

Hi, I don't know which particular treadmill you have but most all treadmills use the same type of belt tension and tracking, which is an allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side. Treadmills normally come with an allen wrench, and could be attached on the treadmill somewhere, if not then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

Treadmill may be slipping

Depending if this is a new issue or old, It could be a couple of issues. Check the belts for slipping. Proper tension on walking belt (check your manual) or drive belt -remove the cover and you might be able to see if the belt is slipping or it could be a load issue (electronics not sensing added load fast enough). My bet is belt tension. Also Lubricate, lubricate, lubricate

Treadmill stops running

I had simillar problem. I have proform 830 QT. My trademill stops after 10 minutes of work out. Everything shuts down and the circuit breaker pops out.

Root cause:- no lubrication under walking belt. Caused the moter to over work (over heat) and hence te circuit breaker popped out to prevent blowing of motor.

Solution:- Apply the lubricant under walking belt and adjust the belt tension if needed.

Back ground:- Contact proform customer service at 1-888-533-1333 (http://www.iconservice.com/proform/faq_tread.html) and buy the treadmil cleaning kit or lubricant kit which comes with a wand for easy application. It may cost you 35 dollars including shipping. If you need to fix your treadmil right away, use NAPA silicon spray 8300. Proform actually tells do not use it as it may damage your belt. However the specialst who came to fix my treadmill just sprayed it and collected 100 dollars. When I called proform they told me lubricating will fix it and its my mistake to not trust them. I guess they knew exactly what they were saying.
