well, honestly its not a hard task but if you are clueless on this matters you might get in trouble or just spend a looooot of time... so better taking it to a technician... if you have the recovery kit that comes with all toshibas you can follow the instructions and its a quite simple task, but anyway I wouldnt recommend you to do it if its your first time.
