Power on button pressed, relais is switching 2 times. Red LED is flashing 2 times, 3 seconds off, then again and againg until the TV's going well, sometime we have to wait for about an hour or more.
Check 470 uF 450 V in the power supply. I don't know if the chassis is the AE-5, but I had a similar case and the capacitor was bad.

When turn on from the power button on Tv KV-32FQ86E, it only flashes RED LIGHT but does not turn on. I then have to keep pressing the power button on the remote for an hour or more, suddenly it comes on.

I have a FD Trinitron WEGA KV32FQ86E Sony TV and when I turn on, the sound appear but no video signal, a power supply's relay cut some voltage and the standby led blink twice (Over current protection). These state on and off repeats until I have video signal and the TV works fine. When I turn on the TV, the process is repeat again and againg.
